This unprecedented global situation has presented a huge challenge for us! We've had to minimize contact and the handling of eyeglasses, and apologize that there are some things that we cannot do to our usual high standard.

If you require a repair to your frame please email us a photo of the damaged part and we will be able to determine how best to assist you while maintaining our social distance protocols. We may be able to book you an in-store appointment while wearing a mask, mail you nosepads or instruct you on how to use thread or dental floss to fix a missing screw! We miss you!
